- Certification status is either Pending (in process), Provisional (achieved but awaiting final report), or complete (Certified). Housing developers who are SPI Certified were in a special program through HUD, who adapted SPI’s Certification for their development partners.
- SMARTsustainability™ clients have engaged SPI for strategic consulting, gap assessment, education or training. Many of our clients are AIA 2030 signatories and are seeking support to meet the targets set out in that program.
