After 30 years of working on technological solutions in the building industry (from architecture to construction to development), Julia learned that engaged and supported people are what truly drive success. Consequently, Julia pivoted her focus and established Ensight Consulting to help businesses realize the opportunities of organizational development.
Julia has both a BA and Masters in Architecture. She has received leadership awards from both USGBC and the AIA, co- founded Baltimore Green Week, has been a government appointee to several green building task forces, and co-authored USGBC’s Green Operation’s Guide.
